If you have concerns with your home or are looking to make improvements, let’s discuss how we may be of value to you.
From water infiltration to a crumbling foundation - we understand buildings and can help!
We listen to your concerns and send out our engineer to evaluate, diagnose and offer, in most instances, a few choices of repair. This is all included in a report with recommendations of repair or further investigations. In most cases a site inspection and follow up report will provide the information needed to solve the problem.
If further investigation, evaluation or design is required, a separate proposal will outline the scope of work. We support you from the first phone call through the repair and also offer onsite monitoring services if necessary.
